Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at service@homegardenor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Contact us at service@homegardenor.com to ensure your new item is reserved.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@homegardenor.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions for the return and replacement of the item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@homegardenor.com.
